Heidelberg & Toorak Rooms Nicole is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitian’s Australia. She has completed a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences with a Major in Food Science , a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University and the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet course. Nicole strongly believes in establishing a positive relationship with food and understands first-hand how complicated that relationship can be. Nicole is at risk of anaphylaxis to several foods and understands how a restricted diet can affect many aspects of your life. She has great empathy for clients requiring specific diets and can provide relevant support and recommendations for different conditions. Nicole is able to assist clients with a wide variety of conditions. She has a particular interest in food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, coeliac disease and diverticular disease, as well as healthy eating, diabetes and weight management. Outside of work, Nicole loves all things to do with the beach, creating allergy friendly cakes and spending time with family and friends.
